To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

Returned with original packaging
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are created specifically upon request.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
