Once your order is confirmed, we will carefully prepare your painting and ship it within one week.
If the artwork is still in progress at the time of purchase, shipment may be delayed by an additional week. We appreciate your patience as each piece is handcrafted to ensure the highest quality.

Packaging & Protection
To protect the integrity of your artwork during transit, all paintings are shipped with a sturdy wooden frame backing.
We do not ship paintings as rolled canvases, ensuring your artwork arrives ready to display. Due to the size and delicate nature of framed paintings, please handle with care upon delivery.

International Shipping
Shipping times for international orders typically range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processes.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen customs delays or other external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Restrictions
For safety and logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Military bases

  • Remote islands or territories outside the main jurisdiction of the country

  • Overseas territories that are not considered part of the main country

We recommend providing a primary residential or commercial address to ensure smooth delivery.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. The buyer is responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
